How do I prepare for a session? It's best to avoid eating heavy meals about 2-3 hours before KAP. Light food is recommended to keep you comfortable and energized during the session. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can move effortlessly during the session. If it's chilly, dress warmly so you don't get chilled throughout the session. Afterward, drink plenty of water since KAP is a deep reset of your whole system. Additionally, pay attention to your body's signals and heed what it requires. Some people may feel energized, while others need more rest. You might even find yourself wanting different types of food than usual—stay curious and give your body what it needs.

What is the difference between in-person and online/virtual KAP sessions?Online sessions do not differ significantly from the in-person sessions. Some people feel more comfortable when they can relax in a group and receive the energy, while others feel more comfortable in their own homes. This can affect the intensity you feel in a session. Some people feel the energy online is milder, while others feel it is just as strong. Online, beginners may need a few sessions more to activate than they would need in-person.
